30-Day Return Policy
Return of unused product must be done within 30 days of purchase. All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Units will be analyzed and re-tested before a credit is given, which may take up to to 30-days. A 15% restock fee may apply.
One-Year Warranty
This product is fully warranted against defective materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year after purchase by Miltronics Mfg., Inc.
Miltronics Mfg., Inc. guarantees all parts of this product to the original owner against manufacturing or parts defects. This warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper installation or use, unauthorized repair and consequent damage, abuse, modification, using in a fashion other than intended, fire, flood or act of God, or on which serial numbers have been altered, defaced or removed. If your unit cannot be repaired, Miltronics may replace it with new or reconditioned merchandise. Miltronics will assume no liability for commercial loss or any kind of damage resulting from malfunction of the product, or resulting from it's unsuitable use. In any event liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.
Although we provide assistance on products both personally, electronically and through our literature; it is still the total responsibilty of the customer to determine the suitability of the product use in thier application. We neither assume responsibility for omissions or errors that appear nor asume liability for any damages that result from the use of products with the information contained in the literature or correspondence.
Warranty Repair Policy
Please contact Miltronics for a Service/Repair (S/R) number to reference your return or repair.
The entire system requiring warranty repair must be returned to Miltronics, by prepaid freight, with proof of purchase, a brief description of the problem and a daytime phone number and/or e-mail address to contact you if necessary.
